Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy is a coaching or therapeutic form of yoga in a one-on-one session of 60-90 minutes, depending on your needs and interests. At the end of the session, you will receive an individualised yoga programme and tools to help your personal health plan.

Yoga Therapy includes the latest anatomical findings, a wide range of adapted yoga poses, the traditional science of Ayurveda, Spiraldynamics®, Nadi Muscle Therapy, breathing- as well as relaxation techniques.
