​Pilates is a gentle form of exercise inspired by yoga, focused on strengthening the core muscles (perineum, abs, back, hips). At the heart of this approach is Pilates Mat work as conceived by Joseph Pilates: a floor-based practice that transforms the body through concentration, control, centering, fluidity, precision, and breathing. Without any equipment, it sculpts the core, improves posture, and strengthens balance—ideal for those who would like to improve their activity level, prevent injuries and reduce stress in a calm, focused and centered way.
