Pilates

Jacky's sessions take place from 13:00-13:45 on Zoom via a link sent on Monday before.  Please email globalpilatesamis@gmail.com each week by cob the Friday before class to receive the link.  Each session will be open 10 minutes earlier for anyone that wants to join with any questions.
